30-year-old Deborah Louise Lumbard was speeding near Ashland City Highway and Pecan Valley Road around 2:53 p.m. on May 30th, 2023. Officers observed her going 75 mph in a 55 mph zone, conducted a traffic stop, and cited her for the incident that day.
