DUI: Cinnamon Gadson found lying on ground beside vehicle after crash on Memorial Drive

44-year-old behavioral analyst at The Perfect Child ABA Cinnamon Gadson was involved in a two-vehicle car accident in the Memorial Drive and French Street area on April 6th. Upon officers’ arrival, they observed Gadson lying on the ground on the other side of her vehicle, smelling strongly of alcohol. While speaking with Gadson, officers noted that it became apparent that she had consumed alcohol due to an empty container of alcohol and her slurred speech. Gadson consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. After being informed about implied consent, Gadson refused to provide a blood sample and was taken into custody for driving under the influence and implied consent.
