37-year-old Ronald Chenievert was found by Trooper Williams and Trooper Clark on the side of the road on August 5th. They made contact with Ronald who was unable to stand and admitted to drinking. The troopers reported that he smelled strongly of alcohol so they placed him into custody for public intoxication.
