33-year-old Steve Doss entered the THP Training Center on Stewarts Ferry Pike via an unlocked door in the early hours of Saturday morning. He then called 911 and reported that someone was chasing him, and he was seeking refuge inside the building. He informed the dispatcher he had barricaded himself inside an office at the training center. Officers were dispatched and located Doss, who refused all medical assistance. He was taken into custody and charged with criminal trespass.
