Last year, the Grand Jury returned an indictment of 1 count child rape, and 9 counts of aggravated sexual battery of a child against 73-year-old Robert Crandall. Crandall has been in custody of the Humphrey County Sheriff’s Department. Today, he will appear in a Nashville Court to be arraigned on the charges returned by the Grand Jury.
The indictment alleges that between August of 2010 & August 2014, Crandall engaged in sexual penetration and touching of a child under 13 years old.
