Mark Stubblefield indicted on rape charge

53-year-old Mark Stubblefield was indicted during the April session of the Davidson County Grand Jury on one count of rape. The indictment alleges that Stubblefield, who lives in downtown Nashville, unlawfully penetrated K.W. in November 2019 without consent. He is free on a $20,000 bond.

Brandi Sawyer charged with aggravated neglect of elderly person by a caregiver

35-year-old Brandi Sawyer has been indicted by the Grand Jury, charged with one count of abuse of an elderly or vulnerable adult by a caregiver. The indictment alleges that Brandy was a caregiver to Rutelia Sawyer in November 2020 when she knowingly neglected her, causing serious physical harm. She is held in lieu of a $20,000 bond.

Tearance Harris indicted on Visa gift card thefts from Speedway

22-year-old Tearance Harris has been indicted by the Davidson County Grand Jury on one count of felony theft between $2,500 and $10,000. The indictment alleges that during July and August of 2022, Tearance took Visa gift cards from a Speedway location. He has a co-defendant, Joshua Harris, who is additionally indicted but has not yet been booked into custody.

Cassiyah Chatman charged in rape of infant & possession of 100s of images

18-year-old Cassiyah Chatman is jailed in lieu of a $150,000 bond after being booked this week after being indicted by the Davidson County Grand Jury for the physical rape of a child less than two years old between August 17th and September 30th, 2022, along with possessing over 100 pictures and videos of sexual activity of a minor child between November 1st through November 30th, 2022.

Ceyonce Fleming jailed on charges of aggravated abuse and neglect of infant

22-year-old Ceyonce was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail this week after being indicted by the Grand Jury on charges of aggravated child abuse and aggravated child neglect. The indictment alleges that in September 2022, Fleming neglected and caused serious bodily injury to an infant who was one month old. She is jailed in lieu of a $75,000 bond.

Nashville Realtor & Talent Manager Sam Wild jailed on sexual battery indictment

30-year-old Samuel Joseph Wild was jailed on Valentine’s Day on a Grand Jury indictment charging him with one count of sexual battery. The Grand Jury met in January and returned a true bill on the charge. Wild is free on a $5,000 bond. Sam Wild is a Nashville Realtor with Keller Williams ‘Your Nashville Agent’ and a talent manager for musicians.

Adam Jordan Pritchard indicted on ten counts of sexual contact with a child

42-year-old Adam J. Pritchard is jailed in lieu of a $250,000 bond after the Grand Jury indicted him on two counts of statutory rape and eight counts of sexual battery of a then 15-year-old child. The indictment alleged that in 2020 was in a position of trust or power over the victim and engaged in unlawful sexual contact eight times and engaged in statutory rape twice during that period.

Musician Dave Gajda indicted on sexual exploitation of a minor charge in Nashville

A Davidson County Grandy Jury has indicted 33-year-old Dave Gajda on one count of sexual exploitation of a minor. The indictment alleges that between February 14th and June 27th of 2022, Gajda possessed material of a minor child participating in sexual activities. He is jailed in lieu of a $150,000 bond.

Jacky Whaley indicted on two counts of aggravated sexual battery of a minor

A Davidson County Grand Jury has indicted 30-year-old Jacky Earl Whaley on two counts of aggravated sexual battery on a child under 13. An indictment alleges that on two occasions in 2019 and 2020, Whaley engaged in unlawful sexual contact with a child born in 2015. He is free on a $50,000 bond, via Grumpy’s Bail Bonds.

Pineville Predators: Three indicted in kidnapping, rape, & assault of a runaway juvenile in Nashville

Police say three high school friends who moved from Louisiana to Nashville after they graduated Pineville High School in 2020, participated in the assault and rape of a 16-year-old runaway who was staying with them at their Priest Lake apartment. A newly unsealed Grand Jury indictment charges 20-year-old Albert “Riley” Roberts IV with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, especially aggravated kidnapping, and reckless endangerment. Roberts was taken into custody Thursday and is free on a $100,000 bond. His co-defendants, 20-year-old Ashton Ivy Cannon, and 20-year-old Edsaviour Ricshaun Groves, both have outstanding warrants for their arrests. Cannon is charged with rape, aggravated rape, and kidnapping. Groves is charged with rape, aggravated rape, and solicitation of a minor.
