Kerolos Sadak indicted for March armed assault of Hanna Hanna in Nashville

33-year-old Kerolos Sadak has been indicted by the Davidson County Grand Jury on one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of domestic assault with bodily injury. The incident occurred on March 9th, during which Sadak is alleged to knowingly and/or recklessly cause bodily injury to Hanna Hanna while also using a gun.

“Mom’s Favorite” William Graves, 29, indicted on rape & sexual battery of a 15-year-old

29-year-old William Graves was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Tuesday, where he remains in lieu of a $100,000 bond. A Davidson County Grand Jury indicted him on rape and sexual battery charges from a July 2021 incident involving a 15-year-old victim.

Fort Campbell Soldier Tamaricus Tanner indicted on Vehicular Homicide by Intoxication for 2021 Crash on Whites Creek Pike

26-year-old Tamaricus Tanner is jailed on a grand jury indictment charging him with vehicular homicide by intoxication, aggravated assault, and recklessness. His blood-alcohol level on the day of the crash was determined to have been above the legal limit. The charges stem from last November’s single-vehicle crash on Whites Creek Pike near Old Clarksville Pike that claimed the life of Tanner’s backseat passenger, Parker McCorvey, 26.

Johnathan Kalac indicted on sexual exploitation of a minor charges — $35K bond

33-year-old Johnathan Kalac is charged with 16 counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor. A Davidson County Grand Jury indicted him on the charges in March and he was booked into custody this week. The indictment specifies multiple days on which Kalac possessed the obscene material with intent to promote, sell, distribute, transport, purchase, or exchange it with others. He is jailed in lieu of a $35,000 bond.

Grand Jury indicts Sade Harris for more knife & scissor attacks on her lover, Cheyenne Turner

33-year-old Sade Deshay Harris has been indicted by a Davidson County Grand Jury on additional charges related to her continued and repeated assaults on the father of her child, Cheyenne Turner. Last year, a Grand Jury indicted her with aggravated assault and attempted murder after a June 2021incident in which she found him dining with a female at the J. Alexander’s, approached him, asking “so you’re out to eat with a girl?”, before grabbing silverware from a nearby table, chasing him into the parking lot, and stabbing him in the stomach and head with a knife, telling a stranger “I’m finna kill him!”.

The new indictment charges her with 3 new counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon: a November 2020 assault with a knife, a December 2020 assault with a knife, and an April 2021 assault with scissors, all against the same victim, Cheyenne Turner.

Martez Smith indicted on child rape & incest charges in Nashville

A Davidson County Grand Jury has indicted 35-year-old Martez Smith on 5 counts of rape of a child, 1 count of incest, 1 count of rape, and 1 count of aggravated sexual battery. There are two victims, a child born in 1997, and another born in 2016. The alleged incidents occurred between 2003 and 2019. At this time of this indictment, Smith was already in jail pending trial on multiple drugs and weapons charges. A bond of an additional $150,000 was added for the new indictment.

Man held on $75K bond for over 200 sexual images of minors — Hassan Alosif arrested

30-year-old Hassan Alosif is jailed in lieu of a $75,000 bond after the David County Grand Jury indicted him on two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, each with over 100 items. The incidents occurred in February of 2018, the Grand Jury presented a true bill in November of 2020, and he was arrested on the outstanding warrant last Friday, February 11th.

Nasvhille Barber & #615BikeLife OG Andre Gills (Greedy615) indicted on rape charges — $50K Bond

A Davidson County Grand Jury has indicted 34 -year-old Andre Gills on 2 counts of rape and 2 counts of aggravated statutory rape. The two incidents occurred in 2019 on June 5th and August 19th. Counts 1 & 2 allege Gills committed rape by fraud, as defined by TCA, and counts 3 & 4 allege Gills committed the aggravated statutory rape of someone who was both under the age of 18, and at least 10 years younger than himself. Gills is free on a $50,000 bond. Gills has prior convictions for domestic assault, possession of a weapon with a DV conviction, accessory to aggravated robbery, and multiple probation violations. Gills is a barber in Nashville who operates under the name of ‘GreedyCutz’ and uses the name ‘Greedy615’ across social media.

Son of Nashville Socialites charged in brutal rape, aggravated rape, sexual battery & more — Blake Solarek

25-year-old Blake Solarek is free on a $75,000 bond, charged with 5 counts of sexual battery, 3 counts of rape, and 1 count each of assault, aggravated assault, and aggravated rape. Blake is the son of divorcing Nashville socialites Troy Solarek, of The Dotted Line, and artist manager Mitch Solarek. A Grand Jury indicted Solarek on all 11 counts earlier this month, and he was taken into custody Thursday, and immediately posted bond via Grumpy’s.

The Grand Jury indictment alleges all the incidents occurred on January 1st of 2021, charging Blake Solarek with 5 counts of unwanted sexual contact with then 18-year-old M.N.Y., 3 incidents of sexual penetration without consent, he caused M.N.Y. to be fear injury from being strangled, caused injury from an additional act of penetration of M.N.Y., and caused other injures to the victim. Solarek is represented by Byron Pugh.

Downtown employee charged in attack of TLC Inspector who demanded he wear a mask — Sam Shapiro

24-year-old Samuel Barron Shapiro is charged with felony aggravated assault after a grand jury indicted him on the charge stemming from a mask enforcement encounter in downtown Nashville. Court records show Howard “Butch” Morris, while on duty as a TLC commission inspector in October of 2020 demanded that Metro Nashville police issue a citation to Shapiro, who he says had refused to wear a mask, despite multiple requests from the inspector. Shapiro told officers that Morris had been harassing him, and stated he will hit him if he continues to follow him.

Moments later, the inspector approached Shapiro, and Shapiro swung at him twice, missing the first time, and knocking him to the ground as the second punch landed. As the victim sat up from the blow, Shapiro reportedly used his boot to kick the victim in the head. The case was presented to the Grand Jury in September of 2021, at which time a true bill was returned, and a warrant was issued. Shapiro was booked into jail on the charge on December 8th and is free on a $7,500 bond.

Inspector Morris also once sued a Nashville taxi driver for $250,000 after the driver ran over his foot during an altercation as Morris was chastising the driver about using an incorrect pickup location. That case settled out of court.
