42-year-old Adam J. Pritchard is jailed in lieu of a $250,000 bond after the Grand Jury indicted him on two counts of statutory rape and eight counts of sexual battery of a then 15-year-old child. The indictment alleged that in 2020 was in a position of trust or power over the victim and engaged in unlawful sexual contact eight times and engaged in statutory rape twice during that period.
A Davidson County Grandy Jury has indicted 33-year-old Dave Gajda on one count of sexual exploitation of a minor. The indictment alleges that between February 14th and June 27th of 2022, Gajda possessed material of a minor child participating in sexual activities. He is jailed in lieu of a $150,000 bond.
A Davidson County Grand Jury has indicted 30-year-old Jacky Earl Whaley on two counts of aggravated sexual battery on a child under 13. An indictment alleges that on two occasions in 2019 and 2020, Whaley engaged in unlawful sexual contact with a child born in 2015. He is free on a $50,000 bond, via Grumpy’s Bail Bonds.
A Davidson County Grand Jury has indicted 39-year-old Shirley Saavedra for delivering over 300 grams of cocaine in April of 2022. A true bill was returned on June 22, and Saavedra was taken into custody on Monday. Saavedra was recently approved by the Metro Council to be a Notary Public. She remains jailed in lieu of a $150,000 bond.
33-year-old Kerolos Sadak has been indicted by the Davidson County Grand Jury on one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of domestic assault with bodily injury. The incident occurred on March 9th, during which Sadak is alleged to knowingly and/or recklessly cause bodily injury to Hanna Hanna while also using a gun.
33-year-old Sade Deshay Harris has been indicted by a Davidson County Grand Jury on additional charges related to her continued and repeated assaults on the father of her child, Cheyenne Turner. Last year, a Grand Jury indicted her with aggravated assault and attempted murder after a June 2021incident in which she found him dining with a female at the J. Alexander’s, approached him, asking “so you’re out to eat with a girl?”, before grabbing silverware from a nearby table, chasing him into the parking lot, and stabbing him in the stomach and head with a knife, telling a stranger “I’m finna kill him!”.
The new indictment charges her with 3 new counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon: a November 2020 assault with a knife, a December 2020 assault with a knife, and an April 2021 assault with scissors, all against the same victim, Cheyenne Turner.
21-year-old Tyler Flanagan was jailed Sunday, charged with a November 2020 rape. The Davidson County Grand Jury returned the charge in March. Flanagan is a prominent member of the Nashville and Clarksville car club scenes, locally known for his “anime” car, and a member of “931 Shitboxes”. He is free on a $10,000 bond.
30-year-old Hassan Alosif is jailed in lieu of a $75,000 bond after the David County Grand Jury indicted him on two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, each with over 100 items. The incidents occurred in February of 2018, the Grand Jury presented a true bill in November of 2020, and he was arrested on the outstanding warrant last Friday, February 11th.
30-year-old Timothy Williams was indicted December 2nd on two counts of statutory rape. Williams was a Mt. Juliet teacher and coach for both track and football. The incident happened in June and the victim was a 16-year-old student.
43-year-old Lewis Tackett was charged with 20 counts rape of child and 2 counts aggravated sexual battery in a Grand Jury Indictment filed on October 28th.
