30-year-old Hassan Alosif is jailed in lieu of a $75,000 bond after the David County Grand Jury indicted him on two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, each with over 100 items. The incidents occurred in February of 2018, the Grand Jury presented a true bill in November of 2020, and he was arrested on the outstanding warrant last Friday, February 11th.
30-year-old Timothy Williams was indicted December 2nd on two counts of statutory rape. Williams was a Mt. Juliet teacher and coach for both track and football. The incident happened in June and the victim was a 16-year-old student.
43-year-old Lewis Tackett was charged with 20 counts rape of child and 2 counts aggravated sexual battery in a Grand Jury Indictment filed on October 28th.
A Davidson County Grand Jury has returned an 86-count indictment against 42-year old Jason New. Included are 59 counts of aggravated sexual battery, 17 counts rape of a child, 2 counts rape, and 8 counts of statutory rape by an authority figure.
22-year-old Tennessee State University Quarterback Demry Croft has been charged on 6 counts of rape and 2 counts of sexual battery in a just unsealed Grand Jury indictment. He surrendered himself to be booked, and is free on a $50,000 bond.
48-year-old Shelby Lynn Hill is charged with theft of services over $10K, and forgery over $10K, after police say she paid a Nashville plastic surgeon for surgery with a counterfeit cashier’s check.
34-year-old Adam Leslie was arraigned this week on one count of attempted rape, after the Davidson County Grand Jury returned an indictment on the 2017 incident that occurred at a Brick Church Pike hotel.
James Gilchrist, 26, and Montessa Tate-Thornton, 19, have both been indicted by the Grand Jury for the 2017 murder of Maxime Assem in the 100 block of University Court in the Napier-Sudekum public housing area.
