Ja’Korey Hunter charged with assault of woman at gay bar in Nashville; she punches him in face

21-year-old Ja’Korey Hunter was at Play Dance Bar at 2 a.m. Saturday when police say he sexually assaulted Brittanee Anderson. According to witnesses and video of the incident, Hunter walked up behind the victim, who was dancing with her friend, Kolton Dixon. He then reportedly put his arms around her waist and then placed his hand up her dress, touching her genital area and fondling her. She immediately confronts Hunter and punches him in the face. Kolton Dixon then threw Hunter to the ground. Security responded and detained Hunter until police arrived. Our partners at Clarksville Today previously covered Hunter’s DUI in October.

TSU Quaterback Demry Croft Indicted on Rape & Sexual Battery Charges – 8 Counts

22-year-old Tennessee State University Quarterback Demry Croft has been charged on 6 counts of rape and 2 counts of sexual battery in a just unsealed Grand Jury indictment. He surrendered himself to be booked, and is free on a $50,000 bond.

Robert Crandall, 74, agrees to 20-year-sentence in child rape case

74-year-old Robert Crandall has agreed to a 20-year-plea deal in a Nashville child rape case. He was taken into custody Friday to service his sentence.
Crandall was previously indicted by the Davidson County Grand Jury on 1 count child rape, and 9 counts of aggravated sexual battery of a child under 13-years-old.

Anthony Ryan Rick Urban, 32, is now charged with sexual battery (no consent), after he allegedly smacked a co-worker on her butt, “as if he was playing the drums” , according to an arrest report.
