Metro Police say 41-year-old Chrissy Simpson called 911 to report she had been raped. At the same time, a man called 911 from the Motel 6 on Brick Church Pike to say Chrissy Simpson jumped into his vehicle, demanded money, refused to get out, and then called 911 to report he raped her when he wouldn’t comply.
Metro Nashville police were dispatched to the Days Inn at 1400 Brick Church Pike Monday, in response to a bomb threat that just turned out to be a man high on cocaine.
34-year-old Adam Leslie was arraigned this week on one count of attempted rape, after the Davidson County Grand Jury returned an indictment on the 2017 incident that occurred at a Brick Church Pike hotel.
Johnny Burns, 43, says he traded crack cocaine for a stolen vehicle. He is held in lieu of $7,000 bond, charged with felony auto theft($2,500 – $10,000), and possession.
A mother and her daughter are suing for up to $225,000 after they were bitten by bedbugs at a Nashville hotel in July.
Inside the apartment were 83 grams of cocaine, 178 grams of marijuana, 39 different schedule pills, 11 Ecstasy pills, a nine millimeter pistol that had been stolen in Goodlettsville, and $1,017 cash.
