37-year-old Aaron Taylor McCormick has been indicted by the Davidson County Grand Jury on 1 count rape of a helpless child, 2 counts statutory rape by an authority figure, 1 count aggravated statutory rape, 6 counts sexual battery by an authority figure, and 1 count rape.
Aaron McCormick is currently house in the Metro Nashville Jail on an 11-count indictment with a $150,000 bond. The indictment alleges that around May 26th of2017, McCormick sexually penetrated a child between the ages of 13 and 17 that had a mental handicap, and that was more than ten years younger than him, against their will, and without consent. The indictment alleges that he used his position of authority to accomplish this.
McCormick is scheduled to be arraigned on January 22nd.
