52-year-old Jose Nelson Hernandez Cantagena has been indicted on the charge of rape of a child.
In September of 2019, Jose Nelson Hernandez Cantagena “did intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly engage in unlawful sexual penetration of… a child less than 13 years of age.” The birth year of the child was 2014.
Jose Nelson Hernandez Cantagena was arrested on March 16th and charged with rape of a child. He is currently being jailed in lieu of a $100,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court by video arraignment on March 25th.
