27-year-old Joseph Arendall was charged with theft of property when a Berry Hill Police Officer stopped him for a tag violation and discovered the Ford Escape he was driving had been reported stolen from Davidson County.
On July 15th, Berry Hill Police Corporal Russo halted a white Ford Escape for a tag violation. According to the affidavit, Joseph Arendall was in possession of the vehicle which was determined to be stolen.
Joseph Arendall was arrested and charged with theft of property. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $15,000 bond.
