21-year-old Zubeida Haji was charged with domestic assault when her boyfriend’s mother claimed she clawed her face during a verbal altercation.
On September 3rd, Metropolitan Nashville Police Department Officers were dispatched to 3697 Andrew Jackson Way. Contact was made with Charmaine Weatherspoon who explained to officers that a verbal altercation broke out between herself and her son’s girlfriend, Zubeida Haji.
Charmaine and Zubeida both reside in the home. Charmaine told officers that while the two were in an argument, Haji placed her hand onto Charmaine’s face and had her fingernails towards her. Charmaine stated Haji then pulled her hand down scratching her face on the right cheek. Officers were able to see a faint red mark.
Zubeida Haji was arrested and charged with domestic assault. Her bond was set at $1,000.
