29-year-old Niccoles Montgomery was charged with domestic assault when he was reportedly freestyle rapping about drowning his ex-girlfriend while she was in the vehicle with him, then beat her up in a McDonald’s.
On October 17th, Metro Nashville Police officers were dispatched to Southern Hills Hospital located at 391 Wallace Road, in response to an assault. They made contact with Rebecca Alidani, who told officers she was at the hospital due to injuries she sustained from her ex-boyfriend, Niccoles Montgomery. Rebecca stated on October 16th, Montgomery was freestyle rapping about what he would do to her while she was riding in the car with him. She stated he mentioned drowning her, knowing that was one of her fears. According to the affidavit, Montgomery put his hands around Rebecca’s neck and told her it was just rough foreplay.
She stated at one point she became uncomfortable and asked him to stop the vehicle and let her out several times, but he refused. She told officers that he finally stopped at a McDonald’s located at 1252 Robinson Road when she said she had to pee. Rebecca proceeded inside and stated she waited inside for him to leave. Per the report, Montgomery entered the business and demanded she come outside to which she refused. Montgomery then punched her in the eye multiple times and was soon stopped by witnesses. Rebecca stated she can not remember if she lost consciousness, but did end up going to the hospital due to pain in her ribs that she believed was caused by the assault.
On November 23rd, Niccoles Montgomery was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
