A citizen called Metro Police on January 5th to report that a white Range Rover was parked behind Virginia’s Market on 18th Ave S, and a homeless man appeared to be buying things from the person in the vehicle. Metro Police responded and observed the vehicle, and what appeared to be a man asleep in the driver’s seat. As officers looked inside, they report seeing what appeared to be marijuana on the center console of the blinged-out Range Rover.

A warrant states the officers then opened the door and were immediately engulfed in the smell of marijuana. Officer Cailloutte writes that Stokely told the officers “I’m gonna be honest, I’ve got a little bud in here”.
