21-year-old Quilandric Buford is charged with vandalism after police say he smashed the phone of his girlfriend, Tishara Larkin, on the ground after she stabbed him in the nose with her keys.
Tishara Larkin told police she and her boyfriend, Quilandric Buford, were arguing on August 1st after he took her cell phone and exclaimed “I’m going to break it!”.
