21-year-old Florida Gators Lacrosse player Kylee Hubiak was kicked out of Jason Aldean’s bar in the early hours of Saturday morning and was ordered not to return to the property. Metro Nashville Police officers advised her several times to stop attempting to re-enter the bar after she was bounced. She disregarded the orders and re-entered the bar. Due to her level of intoxication and inability to care for herself, she was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Kylee A. Hubiak was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on November 19th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $100.
