Isis Sanchez leaves 8-year old home alone to slash ex-boyfriend’s tires

28-year-old Isis Sanchez was involved in a domestic altercation with her ex-boyfriend, Victor Cardenas, at Andrew Jackson Way on December 18th. Officers arrived to see Sanchez walking away from Cardenas’s Whit Mercedes SUV. Her vehicle was parked in front of his, blocking Cardenas’s car from leaving. Officers observed his Mercedes to have all four of its tires slashed, leaving visible knife marks. Within a search of Sanchez’s car, in plain view, were two kitchen knives in the passenger seat. The estimated damages to the car’s tires would cost around $1000 or more. Upon being taken into custody, Sanchez told officers that she left her 8-year-old daughter at home unattended. Shortly after, officers arranged for the child’s father to pick them up. Sanchez was taken into custody and charged with vandalism.

Xavier Daimwood charged with inciting a riot during intersection takeover in Nashville

19-year-old Xavier Daimwood was jailed on November 19th after a group of street racers took over an intersection near Century Boulevard. Hermitage Precinct officers arrested four men from out of county early Sunday morning after they were found taking over the intersection of McGavock Pike at Century Boulevard doing donuts and burnouts in a white Dodge Charger.

Officers arrived at 1 a.m. to find more than 60 vehicles participating in the dangerous driving stunts. As they were approaching the intersection, they witnessed a man fire a gunshot into the air around bystanders and vehicles. A traffic stop was initiated on the Charger, which was blocking the roadway, when it fled from officers going more than 90 miles per hour onto Elm Hill Pike. Additional gunshots were seen coming from the Charger during the brief pursuit. The driver, Xaiver Daimwood, 19, of Shelbyville, was taken into custody after surrendering to officers on Donelson Pike at Lebanon Pike. He was charged with aggravated reckless driving, drag racing, evading arrest, disorderly conduct, inciting a riot, and driving under the influence.

Musician Kyler Sullivan had “too much” fireball before early morning crash

23-year-old Musician Kyler Sullivan crashed his car on Rockwood Dr. approximately 25 minutes after taking two shots of Fireball in the early hours of Sunday morning. Officers were dispatched to Rockwood Dr. at 2:15 a.m. regarding a vehicle crash and observed Sullivan standing beside his car as they arrived. Sullivan was visibly intoxicated and told officers he had “too much” when asked if he had anything to drink. Medics on the scene treated Sullivan, but he refused further treatment or transport. Officers asked how much Sullivan had to drink again as they Mirandized him, and he told them he took two shots of Fireball around 1:50 a.m. Sullivan consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

Gabrielle Hydorn hits husband with shoe, punches him in head during argument

29-year-old Gabrielle Hydorn told police her husband hit her after telling her to stop being so loud. She told police after they arrived at the residence on Lebanon Pike on August 8th that she was on the phone with her sisters when her husband, Kevin Hydron, told her to stop being so loud. After the demand, he entered the bedroom, took her phone, and hit her arm and leg. She said she followed him into the living room, hit him in the back of the head, and threw a shoe at him, causing a scratch on his shin. Kevin told police that he asked her to quiet down, then sat on the living room couch. He said that she came into the living room, hit him in the back of the head several times, and threw the shoe at him. Police determined Gabrielle to be the primary aggressor based on the two’s history, Kevin’s injuries, and conflicting stories.

Julianne Miller charged with punching roommate in face, kicking her in head while on ground

23-year-old Julianna Miller was jailed on June 4th after beating up her roommate at their home on Old Hickory Boulevard after an argument about difficulties with their living situation. Officers spoke with Alexis Glatz, who said that she and Miller had been arguing throughout the day prior until Miller left. When she returned home, they continued arguing face to face. At some point during the argument, Miller started punching Glatz in the face until she fell to the floor. Once on the floor, she got into the fetal position, where she says she was kicked in the head. Officers observed scratches on her face and large swellings on her forehead in several spots. It is evident that Glatz was struck in the head multiple times. Miller told police that she only assaulted Glatz in self-defense after she pushed her. She had no injuries.

Kylee Hubiak jailed after being bounced from Jason Aldean’s Bar in Nashville

21-year-old Kylee Hubiak was kicked out of Jason Aldean’s bar in the early hours of Saturday morning and was ordered not to return to the property. Metro Nashville Police officers advised her several times to stop attempting to re-enter the bar after she was bounced. She disregarded the orders and re-entered the bar. Due to her level of intoxication and inability to care for herself, she was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
