48-year-old Jason Conner was sleeping on 3rd Ave South in downtown Nashville at 7 a.m. on February 10 when Metro Nashville Police Officer Kevin Steiner woke him up and determined he smelled alcohol and was trespassing onto the property of 201 3rd Ave S. He took Conner into custody and charged him with criminal trespassing.
Jason Conner was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on February 10th, charged with criminal trespass. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
