53-year-old Frank Tice was booked last week on a citation from May, charging him with DUI. Police say he was the driver of a motorcycle that was involved in an accident with a pedestrian at Murfreesboro Pike & East Thompson Lane. Tice was transported to the hospital for his injuries and, while there, admitted to consuming alcohol prior to the crash. Due to his hospitalization, Tice was issued a citation at the time, charging him with DUI.
Frank Tice of Merritt Drive in La Vergne, TN, was booked on the citation on June 20th, charged with driving under the influence.
