25-year-old William Hunt was the front seat passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over for suspicion of DUI just before 1:30 a.m. Sunday near Broadway in downtown Nashville. Hunt admitted to possession of a firearm, which was in the glove box in front of him. Officers noted a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, and Hunt admitted to being under the influence of alcohol.
William Zachary Hunt was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 23rd, charged with possession of a handgun while under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
