Jacob Long has world’s worst luck at avoiding traffic stop

20-year-old Jacob Long refused to pull over after an MNPD officer flashed lights and blew a siren to initiate a traffic stop on 24th Ave for expired tags. Driving a gray Chevy Malibu, Jacob turned down an alleyway between Dowlan St. and Hyde St. after traveling on Dowlan St. While the officer followed Jacob down the alley, he sounded his air horn several times. At the end of the alleyway, blocking Logan’s path to 25th Ave, was an undercover police vehicle. Logan, once he made it to the end of the alley, honked his horn to try and get the undercover vehicle to move. At this time, Sgt. White exited his vehicle with a duty pistol brandished at Logan’s vehicle. Logan then complied with the traffic stop, and police found his license to be suspended.
