35-year-old Eric Cheeks, an employee at Fairfield Inn & Suites on Division Street in the Gulch, was issued a citation on September 20th after serving an underage guest a Bud Light when he failed to check their ID. The operation was conducted by the TABC with a cooperating witness presenting with an ID with a date of birth of 01/27/2004. He was booked on the citation this week.
Eric Lashun Cheeks of Murfreesboro Pike in Nashville, TN, was booked on the citation on October 10th, charged with alcohol sale to a minor.
