Jackson Hockaday jailed after assaulting bouncer at Mother’s Ruin bar in Nashville

Jackson ‘Jack’ Hockaday was jailed on multiple charges Sunday evening after an incident at Mother’s Ruin bar in Nashville. Police say he became upset after being denied service due to his level of intoxication. He refused several requests to leave, resulting in security escorting him from the premises. Hockaday reportedly began to throw punches and kick security guard Marcus Johnson while being removed from the venue.

Jackson P. Hockaday of 5th Ave in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on October 1st, charged with assault, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $4,250, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
