Bryan Rodriguez-Teletor charged with rioting after being a spectator at a Nashville street takeover

18-year-old Bryan Rodriguez-Teletor reportedly observed a “street takeover” as a spectator on Nolensville Road late Saturday night, where multiple vehicles drove recklessly and took over the street, preventing lawful citizens from going about their business. Bryan was a passenger in a vehicle that was driven by a juvenile. When police attempted to conduct a stop on the vehicle, it fled, and the juvenile failed to fully stop at three subsequent traffic stops.

Felipe Perez consumes alcohol underage during drunk driving accident

18-year-old Felipe Perez rode with three others, two being Isabela and Juana Alonzo, as they had a single-vehicle accident near Bell Road and Ned Shelton Road on the morning of February 3rd. Isabela and another passenger were outside the car as officers stopped by to check on their wellbeing. Occupants were trying to climb out of the vehicle when officers approached Isabela and noticed she was visibly intoxicated. Two passengers named her as the driver during the collision. Isabela could not perform sobriety tests due to injuries, and she was transported to Vanderbilt Hospital by paramedics. Officers observed several cases of Modelo beer cans and one Heineken beer bottle throughout the vehicle. A collision investigation showed they were traveling northbound on Bell Road and drove off the road into a rock wall during a right curve. The other passengers had non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to Vanderbilt Hospital. During their investigation, they discovered that Perez was underage and had consumed alcohol. Perez was taken into custody for consumption of alcohol under 21 and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Brendon Leggs caught driving stolen vehicle with multiple minors

19-year-old Brendon Leggs drove a stolen vehicle near Factory Street and Creek Street on December 27th. Officers observed this, conducted a traffic stop, and noticed two additional occupants as they approached the driver’s side. They were both verified to be juveniles and were transported to Juvenile Detention. Leggs was taken into custody for the theft of a vehicle and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Vincent Altieri caught with minor out past curfew

22-year-old Vincent Altieri was loitering outside a neighborhood on Jones Lane in the early hours of May 9th. Officers conducted a welfare check and located him with a 17-year-old female inside his vehicle. He was detained around 5 a.m., before the end of juvenile curfew, and cited for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He failed to book himself, so a bench warrant was issued for his arrest on June 9th, and he was taken into custody on December 18th.

Hope McCann charged with shoplifting $47 from Walmart with two juvenile co-defendants

On September 6th, officers responded to Walmart on N. Gallatin Pike regarding a report of shoplifters that had been detained by loss prevention officers. Officers spoke with loss prevention officers, and they stated that 20-year-old Hope McCann had taken $47 worth of merchandise and confronted them outside before bringing them back inside to wait for the arrival of the police. McCann admitted to stealing the items and committed delinquency of a minor by having two juveniles involved, who were given citations for shoplifting.
