Tyler Cutter, 29, was arrested on Friday, charged with one misdemeanor count of theft, and one felony count of theft, accused of stealing multiple narcotics from a 94-year-old relative of the man he was providing care for, as a home health care worker for Honey Hill Home Care.

The open warrant stemmed from a May incident, when Starkesha Whitman had a paper check for $1,530.00.
