Shaun Gross charged with DUI after combining alcohol, Adderall, & more medications

44-year-old Shaun Gross was speeding at 90 mph in a 70 mph zone in his Ford F-150 just after 6 p.m. Monday when he was observed by THP State Trooper Tyler Duncan swerving between lanes. During a subsequent traffic stop, Gross reportedly was visibly intoxicated with red, bloodshot eyes. He initially denied consuming any alcohol but later admitted to drinking “a little margarita an hour or two” before driving. Gross performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody and charged with DUI. In addition to alcohol, Gross stated he was taking prescribed Adderall, along with medication for anxiety, depression, and fibromyalgia.
