Reggie Miller brutally assaults wife when she refuses to smoke weed with him

32-year-old Alabamian Reggie Cameron Miller had a domestic dispute with his wife, Robin Deeann Miller, at The Millenium Maxwell House Hotel on Rosa L Parks Boulevard late December 29th. Both parties were visibly intoxicated when the officers arrived. They spoke with Robin, who was uncooperative and refused to give an account of the events regarding the incident. Still, she advised them that Reggie became upset with her when she refused to smoke weed with him after they returned to the hotel from a night of drinking on Broadway. Carmelo Ferrara and Devin Chase Crager witnessed the incident. They told officers that Reggie was hanging out in their hotel room, which neighbors the Millers’ room, when Robin entered without pants. Then, they got her some clothes while Reggie went to get a hotel key because they were locked out of their room.

When he returned, he became angry, wanting Robin to leave the room with him, went up to her, and struck her in the face twice. Then, they walked into the hallway, where he began to hit her in the face again. Hotel security observed this and immediately alerted the authorities. Officers noticed redness and bruising on her face, a bloody laceration on his hand, and blood on the wall outside their hotel room. Reggie was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault. While in the back of the patrol car, he stated, “I’m going to kill that b*/ch when I get out,” and, “Take the cuffs off, and I’ll beat your ass,” then, he said, “I’ll take you to the death,” and was additionally charged with disorderly conduct.
