Christopher Ramos assaults minor boyfriend after argument over porn

18-year-old Christopher Ramos had a domestic incident with his juvenile boyfriend at his Huntington Parkway residence on March 17th. Officers arrived and spoke with the juvenile, who advised them that he and Ramos had argued when he tried to leave, so he went to take his car keys from him, during which Ramos exited the car and punched the juvenile in the chest before getting back in the car and fleeing. Ramos returned and told the officers the same story, saying he punched the juvenile and took his keys. He was deemed the primary aggressor. Then, the juvenile reported an additional domestic occurrence, stating that on March 15th, when they were getting ready for bed, he suspected Ramos was cheating, so he went through his phone, during which he found pornography. He asked Ramos why he had it on his phone since they agreed not to watch porn, and he replied that it was because the juvenile did not show him love physically. The juvenile then started deleting the images and websites from his phone, which sparked an argument, where Ramos hit his arm with his elbow and pinched him, leaving a bruise. After this, the juvenile gave him his phone back. Ramos was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for two counts of domestic assault.

Tourist Logan Smith says he was just “trying to poop” when police arrested him for trespassing

22-year-old Logan Smith told police that the construction site on Adams St., owned by Cousins Property, should not be private property when he was detained for trespassing. Assistant Property Manager Erica Corrales and Charles Spradley’s workers spoke to police and said that Logan passed on the property on September 14th. They said he did not work there and was asked to leave and not return. They said he left, but they saw camera footage of him returning during the weekend and then returning again on September 18th. Logan argued with the officers about how the criminal trespass shouldn’t apply to him since he was out of state after admitting to coming to the property “to poop.” He continued to say that he did not think it should be private property because it was next to a brewery. Police arrested him for trespassing and transported him to booking.
