Northington:

Police conducted an undercover prostitution operation near 100 Rivergate Meadows Dr. This operation utilized various websites known to solicit prostitution services and undercover police officers posing as “Johns.” A “John” is slang for an individual who engages in the act of patronizing prostitution. During the course of the operation, the defendant was observed transporting a prostitute to said location. While under Miranda, the defendant admitted to police that he was transporting the prostitute in return for a personal gain of receiving, “gas money” for his vehicle. The defendant also stated the prostitute buys food and gives money to the defendant.

Lewis:

On 09/08/17 the defendant posted an AD on Backpage.com. Undercover Detective texted the phone number associated with the AD. The defendant instructed Undercover Detective to go to the Marriott Hotel located at 600 Marriott Drive, Nashville, TN (Davidson Co). Once the Undercover Detective was in the room 1018 with the defendant she agreed to perform sexual acts on the Undercover Detective for $200.00 and the cash was exchanged. The defendant was not written a State Misdemeanor Citation due to her not having a valid ID and detectives were unable to determine her real identity, defendant gave several different names and several dates of birth.

Little:

The listed defendant agreed to perform a sexual act in exchange for money with an undercover detective.

Barfield:

The defendant agreed to perform sexaul act for money and the purchase of marijuana.

Cuthrell:

I observed an advertisement on Backpage, an internet classifieds site frequently used for the purposes of prostitution, that was advertising the services of two women. I made contact with the phone number on the listing and, through a long series of texts and phone calls, arranged to meet the women at a hotel for two hours of service with both women for $1,000. The women repeatedly asked for proof that I was not police, including requesting that I be naked upon their arrival and that I transmit pictures of my genitalia. (I did not.) The women became suspicious that the meeting was a “sting” and chose not to come. Phone contact was again made and the women agreed to meet at a McDonalds at 12th and Broadway. I then met both women, one of which was the defendant, at the McDonalds and took her into custody for prostitution. This defendant admitted, after Miranda, to having spoken on the phone with your affiant with respect to meeting.

Delimate:

During a Madison CSU investigation detective came across the defendant Agripina. The defendant posted an ad on backpage.com. The site is well known to solicit prostitutes. An Undercover detective met with the defendant at her hotel room listed at 323 Cartwright St Goodlettsville, TN 37072. The room number was 227. The Undercover detective had a listening device on his person which recorded the conversation. While in the room with the defendant, she agreed to perform oral and anal sex for sixty dollars. The sixty dollars was for a half an hour time slot. Once the defendant received the money, she was taken into custody. Defendant was Mirandize and afterwards stated that she came to Nashville on 10/16/17. Defendant stated that since her stay, she has met up with about five different johns. Defendant also made comments about her co-defendant Mr. Hines promoting another female that stays at the hotel. Defendant was taken into custody due to not having identification and detectives not being able to verify the defendant’s identity.

Hudson:

I observed an advertisement on Backpage, an internet classifieds site frequently used for the purposes of prostitution, that was advertising the services of two women. I made contact with the phone number on the listing and, through a long series of texts and phone calls, arranged to meet the women at a hotel for two hours of service with both women for $1,000. I then met both women, one of which was the defendant, at the McDonalds and took her into custody for prostitution.

This defendant has visible tattoos on her stomach that are also visible in the Backpage advertisement and the defendant admitted after Miranda to texting and speaking on the phone with your affiant and that she would have gone through with the sexual acts had your affiant been an actual customer rather than a detective.

Patterson:

Officer was working in a undercover capacity in the 5000 block of Linbar Dr. Officer observed a known prostitute standing in front of a gas station. Officer made contact with the defendant and asked her for a sexual favor. The defendant agreed to get into my vehicle and perform a massage. Officer asked her if I needed a condom. The defendant stated she had a condom and would do it all for $50. Officer told the defendant she was detained and verified her information on state computers. The defendant showed to have an outstanding warrant. Officer asked the defendant if she had any drugs on her person. She told police she had a needle and Heroin in her purse. Officer recovered her needle and white powdery substance from her purse.

Payne:

Payne was observed walking on Dickerson Pike, a known area for prostitution. She entered an undercover detective’s vehicle and asked him to show his penis to her so that she knew he was not a cop. Payne has history for prostitution. Payne had a crack pipe concealed in her bra that she gave to police.
