Two Dead in Violent Clarksville Home Invasion

Clarksville Police are investigating an overnight home invasion on Dandelion Drive that left one resident and one intruder dead. At least one intruder is being sought.

The home invasion occurred around 11:45 pm, Nov 15.  Based on the information gathered so far, at least two men entered the Dandelion Drive residence through an unlocked door.  There were multiple adults and two children inside the residence at the time of the home invasion. At some point, an altercation took place with the intruders, shot were fired, resulting in the death of an intruder that was wearing a mask and one of the residents.  When officers arrived, an unknown number of adults had already fled. 

The intruder and resident were both pronounced dead at the scene. Police are processing the scene and conducting interviews.  There are no additional suspect descriptions of information to disseminate at this point.  No one else in the residence sustained injuries.
