Man fails to contact any friends for a ride home #LonelyBoyHours

32-year-old Michael Comolli was charged with public intoxication after he flagged police down in an attempt to find a ride.

On February 19th, officers were dispatched to Music Square East Drive in reference to a person in the roadway flagging down vehicles attempting to get a ride. Upon arrival, Michael Comolli actually flagged down the police and was seen stumbling in the roadway.

Police stated that Michael had bloodshot, watery eyes, slurred speech, was unsteady on his feet, and smelled of alcohol. After many failed attempts to contact any friends of Michael’s, he was taken into custody. Michael was then transported to booking for his own safety and that of the general public.

Michael Comolli was arrested and charged with public intoxication, but the charge was later dismissed.
