26-year-old Michael Sheetz was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct after fighting with random people at Honky Tonk Central and getting kicked out of the location. Michael Sheetz was kicked out of Honky Tonk Central earlier in the evening on February 23rd. He returned around 4:00 a.m. and was seen by officers fighting with random people and was “clearly intoxicated” according to the affidavit.
