Herbert Sievers spits on Shell gas station employee during argument over drink prices

63-year-old Herbert Sievers had an altercation with an employee, Jonathan Booker, at the West End Avenue Shell gas station on April 20th. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Booker, who stated that he and Sievers argued over the price of a drink. Booker stated that the argument escalated when Sievers started insulting and spitting on him. Sievers was cited for the occurrence that day. Sievers was later booked on the citation of assault on May 13th.

North Nashville man beats, strangles ex-lover for phone

37-year-old Daniel Cox was charged with assault, false imprisonment and aggravated assault in the form of strangulation. Cox’s charges stem from a dispute between ex-lovers that began at Cox’s residence and ended at a Shell gas station 20 miles away.
