63-year-old Herbert Sievers had an altercation with an employee, Jonathan Booker, at the West End Avenue Shell gas station on April 20th. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Booker, who stated that he and Sievers argued over the price of a drink. Booker stated that the argument escalated when Sievers started insulting and spitting on him. Sievers was cited for the occurrence that day. Sievers was later booked on the citation of assault on May 13th.

Cordell Williams was arrested on Monday for outstanding warrants involving the theft of, and redeeming of, lottery tickets. He is currently being held on 5 counts of theft, and on an out of county warrant. It all stared the morning of 02/15, when Cordell L Williams (29), entered the Mapco at 629 Old Hickory Blvd, and removed 22 lottery tickets valued at $25 each from the display box, and exited without paying.
