DUI: Crispin Alfredo causes crash on Briley Parkway after getting sauced on one beer

33-year-old Crispin Severiano Alfredo was involved in a car accident with injuries near Briley Parkway and Glastonbury Road on July 11th. Upon arrival, officers spoke with one of the drivers involved, Alfredo, noticing he showed signs of impairment. Officers noticed Alfredo reeked of alcohol and had to use a nearby pole to maintain his balance. Officers then discovered Alfredo had an open container before he admitted to consuming one beer. Alfredo consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. During the investigation, officers discovered he had no valid driver’s license or vehicle insurance. Alfredo was then taken into custody for driving under the influence, financial responsibility with injury or death, and no driver’s license.

Ian Martin tells former romantic partner “F*ck around and find out” after not receiving belongings

24-year-old Ian Martin had a domestic incident with a past intimate partner, Robert Gill-Lavirgne, on June 24th. Authorities responded to a disturbance at the 7-Eleven on Murfreesboro Pike and located Martin. He explained his living situation with Lavirgne and told them how Lavirgne asked him to leave, to which he agreed. Lavirgne told Martin to grab his belongings before he left, but he left without them and called 911, stating that Lavirgne had his items and would leave them there. When Martin asked officers for assistance, he said, “If the police do not get here soon, it is going to be bad.” Martin told officers that he demanded Lavirgne to bring out his items, and if he did not, he would “beat his a**.” When officers spoke with Lavirgne, he shared a similar statement, adding that Martin said if he did not bring him his things, he would “F*ck around and find out.” Martin was then taken into custody for domestic assault.

Errica Davis assaults roommate, destroys his phone while he tries to move out

26-year-old Errica Davis was involved in a domestic altercation with Timothy Spears, a roommate, at a Murfreesboro Pike Apartment residence on June 12th. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with Spears, who told officers that he came to the location to get the rest of his things so he could move out. Spears stated that while he was gathering his things, Davis became aggressive and locked him out of the bedroom. Spears’ phone was inside the bedroom, and when he was able to get inside the bedroom and recover his phone, the screen was shattered, which was observed by officers. Spears also informed officers that Davis had pushed him multiple times and grabbed him by the shirt collar, pulling him around. Davis then grabbed Spears’ shorts pocket, pulling him into the kitchen counter and injuring his wrist. Officers then spoke with Davis, who stated that Spears pushed her, so she locked herself in the bedroom. When she finally left the room, Spears went inside and grabbed his phone, but she claimed she did not know why his phone was broken. After seeing the phone and Spears’ torn clothes, officers determined Davis to be the primary aggressor, and she was taken into custody for domestic assault and vandalism.

Herbert Sievers spits on Shell gas station employee during argument over drink prices

63-year-old Herbert Sievers had an altercation with an employee, Jonathan Booker, at the West End Avenue Shell gas station on April 20th. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Booker, who stated that he and Sievers argued over the price of a drink. Booker stated that the argument escalated when Sievers started insulting and spitting on him. Sievers was cited for the occurrence that day. Sievers was later booked on the citation of assault on May 13th.

Scott Newbold destroys girlfriend’s tv with box cutter

29-year-old Scott Newbold was involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend, Jasmine Shelton, at their Newport apartment on April 8th. When officers arrived, they made contact with Newbold, who stated that he and his girlfriend were in an argument. The argument started over Shelton yelling at Newbold for sitting on a table. Newbold, however, did not get up, so Shelton lunged at him and grabbed his pants. Newbold told officers that when Shelton grabbed on his pants, she pulled so hard that she ripped them. The rip caused Shelton to stumble backward and land on one of Newbold’s TVs. Newbold stated that since she broke one of his TVs, he got up, grabbed a box cutter, went inside the bedroom, and damaged the TV. Scott Newbold was then taken into custody and charged with vandalism.

DUI: Nestor Corea refuses medical attention, says “they’re going to arrest me for DUI anyways!”

23-year-old Nestor Corea had a single-vehicle accident on Murfreesboro Pike on March 20th. Detectives responded to the crash and observed his vehicle upside down in the roadway. Corea extracted himself from the flipped over car. After this, first responders placed him onto a stretcher and transported him to the ambulance. In the ambulance, Corea appeared unconscious and reeked of alcohol. Corea then suddenly sat up, refusing to go to the hospital, stating, “I do not want to go to the hospital because they are going to arrest me for DUI anyways.” Then, he promptly exited the ambulance, which was when officers arrested him. Corea started getting emotional as they placed him in the patrol car. Officers then Mirandized Corea and informed him of implied consent, so he agreed to provide a chemical sample. While on the way to the hospital, he began raising his voice, asking for “a second chance” and to be let go. When they arrived, he refused medical treatment against medical professionals’ recommendations and was transported to booking. Corea then took a breath test but blew an insufficient sample. While officers waited for the test to commence, Corea started arguing with them, trying to get them to let him leave. Corea was taken into custody for driving under the influence on March 30th.

DUI: Anthony Davis drives with no vehicle lights on after one margarita

58-year-old Anthony Davis was seen traveling on Old Hickory Boulevard West without his vehicle lights on March 2nd. An officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact with Davis, who admitted to drinking a single margarita. Davis consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and then requested to use a breathalyzer. His BAC was .060%, but the test was taken an hour after the initial stop. The officers conducted a probable cause search of his vehicle and located several small liquor bottles. Anthony Davis was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence and open container.

Ricky Green vandalizes Little Chicago Pizza

29-year-old Ricky Green Jr. was taken into custody on November 14 for vandalizing Little Chicago Pizza back in July. Green was seen on surveillance footage and had provided his cell phone for an order he had placed there prior to the vandalism. Green was later identified when he filed a police report in September and provided that same phone number. Officers were able to compare the surveillance and body footage of Green filing the September report to confirm that Green was indeed the suspect. The total cost of repairs is $1,893.31.

Wendy Paz-Henriquez charged in assault of boyfriend during fit of rage — $100 bond

Metro Nashville Police responded to a domestic call late Saturday night to find Noel Charias-Chocan outside of his apartment crying, alongside his child. Officers observed multiple scratches on his neck and chest. He explained his girlfriend, 28-year-old Wendy Paz-Henriquez, who also lives in the same complex, suddenly assaulted him during an argument. Both parties had been drinking. She was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody.

DUI: Parker Chittenden charged after driving wrong way on Murfreesboro Pike overnight

Police say 27-year-old Parker Chittenden was driving on the wrong side of Murfreesboro Pike, which is divided by a grassy median, in the early hours of Monday morning. A traffic stop was conducted, and it was immediately apparent to officers that Chittenden was heavily intoxicated. He initially admitted to consuming “two drinks” but later amended it to “four drinks” prior to driving. Police say he was both talkative and crying during their interaction. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was charged with DUI. He later blew a 0.112% BAC on a breathalyzer.
