A Nashville tax preparer has been indicted by the Davidson County Grand Jury on charges of identity theft and forgery. She has a long criminal record of theft and burglary, but few knew, because it was under a different name.
A woman was attacked in the parking lot of her North Nashville office Monday afternoon. She says her attacker pushed her into her car, straddled her, hinted at sex, and used her own stun gun on her. She honked the horn and screamed until a co-worker approached, and the man ran away. Marcus Collier, 26, arrested.
Metro Council Member Jonathan Hall is being sued for theft of services & unjust enrichment, after he hired Logoz, Inc. to produce his campaign merchandise, and refuses to pay the bill. Hall is a member of the Budget & Finance committee on the council.
An event billed as an ‘Exotic Sip & Paint’ was held in North Nashville Saturday night on Buchanan Street. While the event was billed as ‘exotic’, it went much further, as the models stripped, leaned back in their chairs in front of the crowded audience, and let the paying guests perform sex acts on them while ‘painting’ their bodies.
Johnny Burns, 43, says he traded crack cocaine for a stolen vehicle. He is held in lieu of $7,000 bond, charged with felony auto theft($2,500 – $10,000), and possession.

Zahnaee Chaney, 21, was not going down without a fight. When officers realized she had five outstanding warrants, she fled. It took 3 officers to restrain and cuff her once they caught up, and she still managed to assault one with her feet.

Christopher Tefteller, 38, was arrested on weapon and drug charges after police walked up on him weighing out cocaine in his car while parked on Norton Avenue, in North East Nashville.
Once ordered out of the vehicle to be arrested by MNPD, 33-year-old Princess Sanders called her mother, and waited on her arrival on-scene before she obeyed officers commands to exit the vehicle to be arrested.
