ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT:
On 10/18/2021, Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) officers were notified by Apex Security of a physical altercation at 1 Titans Way (Nissan Stadium) near section 102. The altercation occurred during a football game and caused a disruption in activity to those in the vicinity.
Officers made contact with the defendant, who Apex Security personnel stated was involved in the fight. Officers observed the defendant had red/watery eyes, confused/slurred speech, was unsteady on his feet, and emitted an odor of alcohol from his expelled breath. Officers then took the defendant into custody for public intoxication as it was determined he was a danger to others and unreasonably annoyed those in the vicinity by engaging in a fight during a football game.
