24-year-old Blake William Miller was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Saturday evening just after 8 p.m. as he caused a disturbance at Honky Tonk Central and refused to leave after he was kicked out of the bar. Security eventually had to call Metro Police Officers and encountered Miller, who initially claimed to have left his debit card inside, but then changed his mind about its location, and noticed he was heavily intoxicated. After Miller continued to refuse to leave the premises, he was transported to booking, and charged with public intoxication.
ARREST WARRANT / AFFIDAVIT:
ON 12/11/2021 AT APPROXIMATELY 2010 HRS I WAS DISPATCHED TO 329 BROADWAY DURING THE EDI COMMAND TO TRANSPORT AN INDIVIDUAL TO BOOKING. ACCORDING TO OFFICER COLEMAN THE SUSPECT, BLAKE MILLER, WAS A PATRON AT HONKY TONK WHEN HE WAS ASKED TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT BY SECURITY. OFFICER COLEMAN RESPONDED TO THE SCENE AND ASKED THE SUSPECT MULTIPLE TIMES TO LEAVE DUE TO HIM BEING KICKED OUT OF THE ESTABLISHMENT.
THE SUSPECT BEGAN STATING THAT HIS DEBIT CARD WAS STILL INSIDE THE BUSINESS BUT CONTINUED TO CHANGE HIS MIND ABOUT THE LOCATION OF HIS DEBIT CARD. ONCE ASKED TO LEAVE BY OFFICER COLEMAN, THE SUSPECT REFUSED TO LEAVE. THE SUSPECT SHOWED SIGNS OF INTOXICATION SUCH AS BLOODSHOT RED EYES AND SLURRED SPEECH. THE SUSPECT WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AND TRANSPORTED TO BOOKING SHORTLY AFTERWARDS DUE TO BEING A DANGER TO HIMSELF AND/OR OTHERS.
