Geri Michelle Robinson says she had 28-year-old Justin Hickey, of California, to her home this week, and he suddenly became verbally aggressive while chugging bottles of beer. He then began using the bottles to break things in the kitchen and used a Sharpie to write “disparaging remarks” on a door and vandalized her refrigerator. When officers arrived he was still verbally berating the victim and admitted to his wrongdoings. He was charged with vandalism and is free on a $1,500 bond.

| On 01/04/2022 at approximately 2044 hours, the Victim called the police due to a domestic disturbance occurring between her and the defendant. The victim stated that the defendant, who is visiting from out of state, came to the Victim’s residence and began becoming verbally aggressive and consuming multiple bottles of beer in quick succession. The victim stated that the defendant then became physically aggressive with her and began throwing the bottles of beer in the kitchen, breaking the front glass panel of a kitchen display cabinet. The victim stated that the defendant then wrote disparaging remarks in permanent maker on a door and then dented her fridge door with a chair. When officers arrived on the scene, the defendant was in the kitchen consuming a beer and continued to be verbally aggressive towards the Victim. When asked about the damage to the kitchen, the defendant admitted to writing on the door and that the multiple broken bottles on the floor were of his doing. |
