23-year-old tourist Brandon Cruz got into a fight with Colby Daniel Lowry, a manager at the Deja Vu strip club in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Saturday morning. He had become aggressive with staff when the manager stepped in to attempt to de-escalate the situation. Cruz, however, balled his fists and punched the victim after the two were at the front of the building. Cruz was detained for police, who took him into custody and transported him to booking. Officers viewed security video of the incident, and the manager suffered a small cut to his face.
Brandon Cruz of East Connecticut Concourse in Jackson Township, NJ, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on October 28th, charged with assault and public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,600, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
