Officers received a call about two hours later stating that Ms. Walton was at The Dutch restaurant lying in the lobby, refusing to leave the property. Officers arrived and asked her to leave, and she again complied. Officers received yet another call about two hours after the last incident, stating that Ms. Walton was now at Kittenish, a clothing store on 11th Avenue, yelling and arguing with customers.
