28-year-old Cameron Kiser was driving erratically on 1st Avenue North in the late hours of December 15th. Officers observed this and saw him make a wide turn, following the car in front of him too closely, merging into the next lane without signaling, and accelerating 60 mph in a 35-mph zone. They initiated a traffic stop and noticed Kiser was highly inebriated as they approached the driver’s side. He admitted to having two alcoholic beverages before driving, consented to sobriety tests, and performed poorly. Kiser was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
