45-year-old Charles Fields was drunk and disorderly during CMA Fest in downtown Nashville late Thursday night. A THP Officer working a secondary assignment had placed him in cuffs to detain him, and a Metro Nashville Police officer responded to the scene. He was determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself and was transported to booking.
