45-year-old Charles Fields was drunk and disorderly during CMA Fest in downtown Nashville late Thursday night. A THP Officer working a secondary assignment had placed him in cuffs to detain him, and a Metro Nashville Police officer responded to the scene. He was determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself and was transported to booking.
Charles M. Fields was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on June 8th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
