Trevor Fallen goes to jail after ignoring MNPD officers, crossing street in downtown Nashville

A traffic officer working the downtown Nashville Entertainment District told 26-year-old Trevor Fallen to not walk into the roadway Friday evening at the intersection of 5th & Broadway, yet he continued to do so. Metro Nashville Police Officer Randall also advised Fallon it was unsafe to currently cross the roadway and was also ignored. Once contact was made with Fallon, police say it was obvious he was too intoxicated to care for himself, and he was transported to booking for public intoxication.

Police respond to call of naked woman in elevator at Lucky Bastard Saloon — Olivia Clark

Metro Nashville Police responded to a call about a naked woman in the elevator at the Lucky Bastard Saloon late Saturday night. They found 31-year-old Olivia Clark without any pants. She reeked of alcohol and was unsure what happened to her pants, who she was with, or where she was staying. She was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Paul Tirado found “no so lucky” outside Lucky Bastard Saloon in downtown Nashville

Metro Nashville Police officers working the Entertainment District Enforcement Initiative this weekend encountered 35-year-old Paul Tirado outside the Lucky Bastard Saloon, barely able to stand on his own and causing an extreme disturbance to those around him. He was asked to leave multiples times and refused. Unable to locate anyone to care for him, he was charged with public intoxication and transported to booking.

Too drunk for downtown Nashville — Derrick Nelson deemed drunk and disorderly

30-year-old Derrick Nelson was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail this week after being deemed too drunk to remain on his own in downtown Nashville. Officers first encountered him while patrolling Broadway near 6th Ave South, as he was yelling at other bar patrons in the area and causing a disturbance.

He was having trouble standing steady and was unable to contact anyone that could care for him, or tell officers where he was staying so they could assist him back to that location. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Too Intoxicated for Broadway: Benjamin Robertson charged with public intoxication

24-year-old Benjamin Robertson was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Saturday just before 7 p.m. after he was determined to be too drunk for downtown Nashville. Officers encountered him extremely intoxicated on Broadway, where he was causing multiple disturbances with businesses and other citizens in the entertainment district. Unable to find anyone to take care of him, he was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
