Matthew Allen kicked out of Bode Nashville for being too drunk

47-year-old Matthew Lincoln Allen was taken into custody for public intoxication on April 2nd. Security at Bode Nashville alerted the authorities, advising that Allen had come into the establishment already intoxicated and continued drinking when he got there. When the bartender told him to leave, he got aggressive with the staff. Officers asked him for his basic information, but he was too impaired to answer. Allen could not stand up independently and was deemed a danger to himself and others.

John Beres jailed after collapsing on Commerce Street

57-year-old John Michael Beres was walking down the bike-travel lane on Commerce Street in the early hours of December 6th. Officers observed Beres move onto the sidewalk and collapse onto the ground, so they approached him for caretaking purposes. Beres was visibly intoxicated when he spoke with officers and was deemed unable to take care of himself, so he was taken into custody for public intoxication.

DUI: James Judge drinks Voodoo Ranger IPA while driving

35-year-old James Judge was involved in a car accident on James Robertson Parkway on November 14th. Judge had wrecked into the back of a parked vehicle, and officers located an open Voodoo Ranger IPA in his car. Officers observed Judge to be visibly intoxicated as he admitted to drinking two beers and having one while driving. James consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. He was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
