The TABC conducted a minor compliance check at Outback Steakhouse on N. Gallatin Rd. on September 11th. The server, 24-year-old Bryanna Allen, served a 12oz Corona to an underage undercover informant. The minor’s DOB is 5-30-2003, and Allen checked the license before serving her. She was issued a citation for the charge, and was booked this week.
18-year-old Thomas Turchan was found at Percy Warner Park with a bottle of Seagram’s Gin liquor after a concerned citizen reported him to police. Officers located him at Pavilion #7 and issued him a citation for underage possession. He was booked on that citation this week.
20-year-old Ezra Jane Twardzik of Ohio was booked this week on a citation charging her with underage possession of alcohol. TABC agents were conducting an observation operation at Nissan Stadium during CMA Fest and observed her in possession of a 12oz can of Busch Light beer. She was issued a citation and was booked this week.
