Christopher Jones is charged with domestic assault after Metro Police say he punched his girlfriend in the face in response to her denying his request for money.

Metro Nashville Police responded to the Zermatt Ave home of Christopher D. Jones and his girlfriend on September 5th at 12:38 a.m. on a domestic disturbance call. While they were on the patio, Jones reportedly asked his girlfriend for an amount of money. When she told him no, he is alleged to have punched her in the mouth. The victim reports that things got ‘fuzzy’ after that, and she may have blacked out as she couldn’t remember exactly what happened after she as punched.
